Don't bother with theses towels or any Ralph Lauren towel for that matter. I received some of these towels as a gift and the hem on everyone unraveled within a year, some within a few months. I contacted Ralph Lauren via email and sent pictures of the towels including the tags and was told I would have to send them all the towels, insured and they would have to examine them to see if they deemed them to be defective. The process would take 6-8 weeks and since it was a gift and I didn't have a receipt, their resolution options were limited. I donated the towels to the local animal shelter for their use since they all looked like rags at that point. While I can't speak for the quality of all of their towels, their Customer Service for replacement of a defective product is ridiculous and makes me not want to purchase any of their products and risk having to deal with them on any level.
